Compliance & Quality
Labeled right. Documented right. Shipped right.
American retailers trust us because the paperwork is as careful as the stitching. Here is exactly how HAONGAN LTD keeps every shipment clean — at the border, on the shelf, and with your customers.
Textile labeling — FTC
Every textile product we supply carries a permanent, legible label stating fiber content and care instructions, in line with the Federal Trade Commission’s Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and 16 CFR Part 303. Labels are in English, affixed at the point of manufacture, and verified by our quality team on every production run.
Customs & import documentation
HAONGAN LTD imports through licensed customs brokers with full entry documentation: accurate country of origin, tariff classification (HS codes), and declared values. We maintain these records for every shipment, which keeps clearances predictable and lets us answer retailer due-diligence questions with receipts, not promises.
California Proposition 65
All products are screened against substances listed under California’s Proposition 65. Where any listed substance could be present, the product ships with the required warning notice. Our current textile, apparel and luggage lines are manufactured to meet applicable requirements, including limits relevant to lead and chromium VI in dyed textiles and leather trim.
Children’s products — CPSIA
Our core range is designed for adult use. For any textile item that could reasonably be used by children, we comply with applicable Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requirements, including lead-content limits and tracking-label obligations where they apply.
Packaging & materials
We ship in recyclable corrugated packaging and keep plastic use to the minimum needed for protection. We follow California’s packaging and producer-responsibility requirements as they take effect, and we review our materials on an ongoing basis.
Quality inspection
Every production run passes a documented inspection for stitch integrity, shade consistency and print registration before it leaves the mill, and every shipment is spot-checked again at Dock 1-2. If a piece doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t ship.
Data privacy
We collect only what we need to answer inquiries and process orders, and we do not sell personal information. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — see our Privacy Policy for details and how to exercise them.
